We are seeking a creative and organized individual to handle both
video editing tasks
and
personal assistant duties
. The ideal candidate should have strong technical editing skills, good communication, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:Video Editing Duties:
Edit raw footage into engaging and high-quality videos for social media, advertising, and internal use.
Add graphics, music, voiceovers, and effects as needed.
Manage and organize video files and maintain project archives.
Work closely with the creative/marketing team to align videos with brand style and message.
Ensure timely delivery of edited content.
Personal Assistant Duties:
Manage daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.
Handle correspondence, calls, and emails professionally.
Assist in planning events, shoots, and office coordination activities.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in
video editing
(Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
Basic knowledge of graphic design (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva preferred).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Time management and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Diploma/Degree in Media, Communication, Film Editing, or a related field.
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in an administrative support role.
Familiarity with social media content trends (Instagram, YouTube, Reels, etc.).
Salary:
Based on experience and skill level

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
