Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and fast-paced

Video Editor

for our news channel. The candidate will be responsible for editing news footage, breaking news, reports, interviews, and special programs while maintaining journalistic accuracy and broadcast standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit daily news packages, breaking news clips, and special reports Coordinate with reporters, producers, and newsroom staff Add lower thirds, tickers, graphics, subtitles, and transitions Sync video with voice-over and sound bites Ensure accuracy, clarity, and compliance with news ethics Deliver content under strict deadlines Maintain organized archives of video footage

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a

Video Editor in a News Channel

Strong command of

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, EDIUS, or Final Cut Pro

Knowledge of broadcast formats and newsroom workflows Ability to handle live news pressure and urgent deadlines Good sense of storytelling and visual balance

Preferred Skills:

Experience in live news editing Knowledge of motion graphics and news templates Familiarity with social media news formats

Work Type:

Full-time / Shift-based Willingness to work night shifts and breaking news hours

Pay: ₹9,876.15 - ₹15,000.00 per month
