Our documentaries are known for deep storytelling, cinematic editing, sharp hooks, and engaging motion graphics.

Role Overview: What You'll Be Doing

Edit Short form for Youtube and Instagram in 16:9 & 9:16 cinematic style Add motion graphics, maps, charts, dynamic infographics, subtitles, cutaways, and smooth transitions Maintain story pacing with sound design, background scores, and rhythmic scene flow Collaborate with the writer & creator for scene structuring and feedback loops Use stock footage, news clips, archives, and licensed visuals creatively Ensure consistency with brand visual style, color tones, fonts, and design language Occasionally edit short vertical Reels from long-form content
Must-Have Skills

0-3 years of professional editing experience (YouTube or documentary work preferred) Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop Solid understanding of narrative storytelling & fast paced editing. Ability to add dynamic titles, graphs, and visual metaphors Great taste in sound design and music sync Strong attention to detail and efficient file organization
Good to Have

Experience with YouTube channels like Nitish Rajput, Dhruv Rathee, Johnny Harris, Vox, Curiosity Stream, etc. Ability to create quick mockups & test edits for thumbnails or experiments Knowledge of motion graphics templates, lower-thirds, and transitions
