Your Role We are looking for a creative and skilled video editor with a passion for crafting compelling visual content. As a video editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded clips and video footage, applying artistic editing techniques, and creating finished, broadcast-worthy projects that accurately reflect the vision of the project. What will your day look like: Collaborate with our team to conceptualize and plan video projects, including interviews, technical discussions, and project showcases. Shoot high-quality video content, ensuring excellent visual and audio quality. Edit and polish video content to create engaging and professional videos. Utilize video editing software to cut, trim, and enhance footage. Incorporate graphics, animations, and other visual elements to enhance video content. Work closely with our Marketing and Business Development team to ensure videos align with McKinley Rice branding and messaging. Experiment with different editing techniques to produce creative and visually appealing videos. Showcase our company\'s projects and team through visually captivating videos. Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and the industry\'s best practices to maximize efficiency. What we\'re looking for: Basic Requirements Minimum Experience: 2+ years Minimum qualification: Bachelor\'s degree. Interface with clients via Slack, Zoom, and email. Work with modern tools including Microsoft Office, Google Docs, etc. Relevant experience in Video Editing Technical Skills Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Experience shooting and capturing high-quality video content. Strong understanding of video composition, lighting, and audio techniques. Ability to bring creative ideas to life through video editing and content creation. Familiarity with graphic design and animation tools is a plus. Experience in 3D video editing is a huge advantage. Knowledge of AI tools and their integration into video content is desirable. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Soft Skills A quick and critical thinker with the ability to come up with ideas about a topic. Good communication skills, interpersonal skills, and a team player. Potential to apply innovative and exciting ideas, concepts, and technologies.
