JOB TITLE -VIDEO EDITOR

Key Responsibilities:

Edit long and short-form content including commercials, promotional videos, interviews, social media content, and documentaries. Collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, videographers, and motion designers to bring a project from concept to completion. Trim footage segments and put together the sequence of the film or video. Create rough and final cuts, incorporating feedback from clients and stakeholders. Add music, dialogue, graphics, subtitles, and sound effects to enhance the storytelling. Color grade footage and ensure audio mixing and syncing is on point. Maintain an organized project structure, including file management, backups, and version control. Stay up-to-date with video trends, techniques, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3 to 10 years of professional video editing experience. Proficiency in industry-standard editing software:

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve

, etc. Strong storytelling ability with an eye for detail, composition, timing, and pacing. Solid understanding of post-production workflows, formats, and export settings for various platforms. Experience with motion graphics, color correction, and audio mixing. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
