Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor with 1-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Video Editor, you will play a key role in transforming raw footage into engaging and visually appealing videos for various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent technical skills, and a passion for storytelling through video.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble video footage into polished final products that meet the project's specifications. Collaborate with creative teams to understand the project's vision and objectives. Apply color correction, audio mixing, and visual effects to enhance the quality of videos. Trim footage and add transitions, titles, and effects as needed to create compelling videos. Ensure videos are formatted correctly for various platforms (e.g., social media, websites, YouTube, etc.). Work within tight deadlines to deliver high-quality video content. Organize and maintain video files and assets efficiently. Assist in brainstorming and planning the video production process. Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, techniques, and software.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience as a video editor or in a similar role. Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.). Strong knowledge of video production workflows and editing techniques. Solid understanding of color grading, sound design, and video effects. Ability to work independently and in collaboration with a creative team. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. A portfolio or samples of previous video editing work is required.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with motion graphics and animation (Adobe After Effects or similar tools). Knowledge of audio editing and mixing. Experience editing videos for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Basic knowledge of DSLR or mirrorless camera operations is a plus.
