Job Description

1. Video Editing Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for social media, ads, YouTube, events, and campaigns. Trim, cut, and rearrange clips to ensure smooth transitions, pacing, and storytelling. Add background music, sound effects, and voiceovers to enhance the final output. Maintain consistent video quality, tone, and brand style across all projects. --- 2. Motion Graphics & Animation Design and animate motion graphics elements like titles, lower thirds, logos, and transitions. Create visually appealing intros/outros, infographics, and animated explainers. Develop creative animation concepts that enhance brand storytelling and engagement. Work with 2D animation and typography-based video content for digital campaigns. --- 3. Creative Concept Development Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm video ideas and visual concepts. Understand campaign objectives and transform scripts or storyboards into compelling visuals. Contribute fresh, innovative ideas for reels, ad videos, and brand storytelling. --- 4. Brand Consistency Ensure all video and motion content aligns with the brand's color palette, tone, and identity. Adapt brand guidelines to create unique and trend-based content while maintaining professionalism. Update and manage brand assets like logo animations, transitions, and templates. --- 5. Technical Expertise Use professional editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve. Handle different video formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios for various platforms. Manage sound design, color correction, and visual effects for high-quality delivery. Maintain an organized media library for easy access and future use. --- 6. Social Media Optimization Edit platform-specific versions (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn posts, etc.). Keep track of current social media video trends and formats to create viral-friendly content. Collaborate with content creators and strategists to produce trend-driven videos. --- 7. Project Management & Collaboration Work closely with content writers, designers, and campaign managers for seamless project flow. Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Participate in brainstorming sessions and pitch creative ideas for upcoming campaigns. --- 8. Continuous Learning Stay updated on the latest editing techniques, software updates, and motion design trends. Experiment with new styles, effects, and formats to keep the content visually engaging.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
