About the Role:



We're looking for a Senior Video Editor with a flair for motion graphics and animation -- someone who can turn a rough idea into a visual masterpiece that moves people (literally and emotionally). You'll be the go-to expert for crafting cinematic edits, high quality animations, and scroll-stopping visuals that bring our stories, products, and brand to life across platforms. Key Responsibilities:



Lead the end-to-end editing process for marketing videos, brand films, digital ads, social content, explainers, promos, reels, and more. Design and animate 2D/3D motion graphics for intros, transitions, infographics, kinetic typography, etc. Collaborate closely with the creative, scripting, design, and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute visual narratives. Bring raw footage and assets to life through colour grading, sound mixing, pacing, transitions, and VFX. Create templates, lower-thirds, bumpers, and reusable assets that speed up the creative process. Maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all content while pushing the envelope for innovation. Guide and mentor junior editors/animators; review their work for quality and consistency. Stay up to date with the latest video trends, editing techniques, platform formats, and motion styles. Helping shoot visuals as per the storyboards and planning it with the postproduction in mind.

Must-Have Skills:



5-8 years of experience in professional video editing, animation, and motion design. Skilled in using DSLR cameras and lighting. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop (Bonus: Blender, Cinema4D, DaVinci Resolve, Figma). Proficient in ChatGPT, AI image and video generation tools Strong understanding of timing, composition, typography, colour theory, and storytelling. Experience working with brand guidelines, product videos, corporate films, and social campaigns. Excellent organizational skills -- especially with project files, assets, and naming conventions. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines without compromising on quality. A strong showreel that showcases a variety of editing styles and motion design abilities.

Nice-to-Have:



Experience with 3D animation, VFX, or interactive motion. Basic knowledge of sound design or working with voiceovers. Familiarity with YouTube/TikTok/Instagram content best practices. Exposure to e-learning, marketing & tech content.
