Key Responsibilities
Edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, teasers, behind-the-scenes, etc.)
Add transitions, subtitles, and text animations aligned with current trends
Design and animate motion graphics like logo reveals, kinetic typography, and explainer assets
Create social media-ready content with platform-specific formats
Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to bring campaigns to life
Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outputs on tight timelines
Stay on top of trends in animation, editing styles, and social media formats
Required Skills & Tools
Video Editing:
Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
Motion Design:
Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop
Understanding of video storytelling, pacing, transitions, and hooks
Strong sense of timing, rhythm, and composition
Familiarity with audio syncing, basic sound design, and color grading
Knowledge of social media formats, algorithms, and content behaviors
Bonus: Experience with 2D/3D animation or visual effects
Ideal Candidate
Has 1-3 years of experience in video editing and motion design (agency or brand-side)
