Position Overview

We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented

Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong visual storytelling skills, proficiency in video editing and animation tools, and the ability to turn raw footage into engaging, high-quality visual content.

Key ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing

Edit raw videos into polished, high-quality outputs for social media, ads, events, and brand content. Add transitions, sound effects, background music, and color corrections. Ensure smooth flow, pacing, and storytelling as per brand requirements. Maintain brand consistency across all video deliverables.

Motion Graphics

Create engaging motion graphics, animated elements, and visual effects. Design logo animations, explainer videos, and kinetic typography. Develop creative visual concepts for campaigns and marketing materials.

Content Creation & Collaboration

Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to understand project objectives. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas. Adapt designs quickly based on feedback and meet tight deadlines.

Technical Responsibilities

Organize and manage project files, assets, and media libraries. Ensure proper rendering, formatting, and exporting for multiple platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, website, etc.). Stay updated with industry trends, editing techniques, and motion design tools.

Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

Proficiency in software such as: Adobe Premiere Pro Adobe After Effects Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator DaVinci Resolve (optional) Cinema 4D/Blender (added advantage) Strong understanding of composition, timing, animation principles, and sound design.

Professional Skills

Excellent creativity and attention to detail. Ability to handle multiple projects and work under deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A keen eye for aesthetics and visual trends.

Experience

1-3 years of experience in video editing or motion graphics design. A strong portfolio/reel showcasing previous work is mandatory.

Pay: ?10,268.53 - ?30,712.84 per month
