highly skilled and creative Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer
to join our team. This role involves editing raw footage into polished, compelling content and creating dynamic motion graphics tailored for high-performing digital campaigns. You'll collaborate closely with the creative, content, and performance marketing teams to craft visual stories that resonate with audiences and drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit raw video footage into polished, engaging, and performance-driven video ads and content.
Trim, cut, and arrange footage to maintain strong storytelling and brand alignment.
Create and integrate
motion graphics
to enhance visual storytelling and viewer engagement.
Develop creative assets for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, and more.
Edit various content types: UGC ads, testimonial videos, reels, brand narratives, and more.
Create thumb-stopping short-form video content and social media creatives
(Reels, TikToks, Shorts).
Perform color correction and grading to achieve a professional and visually cohesive look.
Optimize video formats, resolutions, and aspect ratios for various digital platforms and placements.
Repurpose existing video assets into multiple formats to meet platform-specific requirements.
Work closely with scriptwriters, graphic designers, content strategists, and performance marketers.
Follow and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all video content.
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, audience preferences, social algorithms, and best practices.
Maintain a
fast and efficient editing workflow
to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Preferred experience and qualification:
Proficiency in
Editing software
like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro etc.
Strong Understanding of Digital Marketing Trends:
Understanding how video content impacts conversions, engagement, and performance marketing.
Worked in a
digital marketing agency or performance marketing setup
.
Experience in
editing high-performing ad creatives
for brands.
Understanding of
UGC ad trends, meme edits, and viral content formats
.
Ability to
repurpose video content
for different social platforms.
