are hustling on some exciting client projects, and we need a Video Editor who can turn raw footage into pure magic ?

The Gig:

You'll be working on short-form videos - think YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and all those snackable content pieces that people can't stop scrolling through. Your mission? Make videos that stop thumbs mid-scroll and keep eyes glued to screens.

What You'll Actually Do:

Chop, slice, and dice raw footage into thumb-stopping content Add those chef's kiss audio/visual effects that make videos pop*
Bring creative visions to life (ours and our clients') Make sure every frame screams "watch me!" Collaborate with us to nail what clients are looking for Keep up with what's trending because let's be real, the internet moves FAST

You're Perfect If You:

Know your way around Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, and other editing tools Get what makes short-form content addictive Can take feedback without taking it personally (we're all learning here!) Have a good eye for pacing, timing, and those satisfying transitions Actually enjoy editing (because it shows in the work!)

The Not-So-Fun-But-Important Stuff:

You'll need to bring your own laptop (gotta have the right tools for the job!)
