Job Title: Video Editor

About the Role
As a Video Editor at ZIK Digital LLP, you will transform raw footage into visually engaging and impactful content for multiple digital platforms. Your creativity, technical expertise, and adaptability will directly shape the visual identity of our campaigns and brands.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end video editing process for diverse formats, including Reels, Ads, Explainers, Testimonials, UGC, Motion Graphics, and Long-form content. Collaborate with creative producers, copywriters, and social media teams to conceptualize and execute video ideas aligned with brand and campaign goals. Edit performance-driven creatives for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. Assemble and refine raw footage using DaVinci Resolve and other industry-standard tools. Work efficiently with proxy editing workflows for high-resolution or large media projects. Add captions, motion graphics, branding elements, sound design, effects, and transitions to enhance video quality. Repurpose existing content for different platforms, aspect ratios, and audience requirements. Implement AI-based tools to streamline editing workflows and boost production quality. Stay updated with industry trends, editing techniques, and platform algorithm updates to maintain a competitive edge. Manage and review the work of junior editors or freelancers, ensuring consistent quality standards. Meet project deadlines while juggling multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Video Editor, with a strong portfolio of multi-platform content. Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and comfort with proxy editing workflows. Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition. Familiarity with social media formats, ad requirements, and digital content trends. Knowledge of AI-based editing tools and motion graphics is a plus. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. Excellent time management skills and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹10,664.26 - ₹36,041.74 per month
