Job Description

The purpose of this role is to upload and/ or Optimise the videos in YouTube that are assigned, as per the process document and within the defined timelines agreed with the external stakeholder. The incumbent is also required to schedule and/or publish the videos as per the instructions from the client/external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

Acts as the point of contact to all day to day operational inquiries and builds a strong relationship with clients

Monitors the optimisation of videos and provides appropriate resources to client satisfaction and retention

Engages and collaborates with other teammates and colleagues to resolve critical complex issues

Effectively prioritises efforts and resources to align with account and team needs

Effective review of the task assigned to the team mates, identify defects, take necessary steps to reduce the defects and improve quality of output of the junior resources
