who can independently handle video shooting, editing, and publishing content across social media platforms. The role involves creating engaging
vlogs, reels, podcasts, interviews, and promotional videos
. The candidate should have a strong visual sense, storytelling ability, and hands-on experience with video editing tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Video Shooting:
Shoot high-quality videos for
vlogs, reels, podcasts, interviews, and promotional content
Handle camera setup and basic audio recording
Travel to Talegaon for on-location shoots as required
Video Editing:
Edit videos for Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and other social media platforms
Add music, captions, transitions, effects, and color correction
Create short-form and long-form content optimized for social media engagement
Content & Social Media:
Plan, shoot, edit, and
post content regularly
on social media channels
Understand platform-specific formats, trends, and algorithms
Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely uploads
Creative Input:
Suggest new content ideas, formats, and storytelling styles
Keep up with social media trends, reels formats, and viral content
Work closely with the management team for brand alignment
Skills & Requirements:
Proven experience in
video shooting and video editing
Proficiency in video editing software
Basic knowledge of
sound editing and lighting
Strong creative and visual storytelling skills
Comfortable shooting with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and/or mobile phones
Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in
vlogging, podcast production, and social media reels
Understanding of branding and digital marketing
Portfolio or sample work (YouTube/Instagram links preferred)
