ROLE OVERVIEW

We are hiring a skilled Video Editor with a minimum of 2 years of editing experience.

You will edit reels, brand content, and interior videos and occasionally assist during photoshoots.

This is a production-focused role -- quality, speed, and discipline are non-negotiable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESVideo Editing

? Edit 3-5 reels per day

? Edit simple long-form videos when required

? Add clean transitions, motion text, beat sync

? Basic color correction & audio cleanup

? Maintain consistent editing style & brand tone

? Organize footage, backups, project folders

Photoshoot Assistance

(Not daily -- only based on shoot schedule)

? Assist with lighting setup, reflectors, gear

? Help manage on-set workflow

? Shoot BTS clips if required

? Coordinate file transfer after shoots

REQUIRED SKILLSExperience

? Minimum 2+ years of editing experience

? Experience with Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve

Editing Skills

? Strong reel editing sense (pacing, transitions, music sync)

? Motion text basics

? Basic color grading

? Good understanding of Instagram trends

Personal Skills

? Fast worker with deadline discipline

? Good communication

? Ability to take feedback without ego

? Organized and reliable
