Responsibilities :
Can take raw footage and turn it into something you want to watch twice
Understands pacing, hooks, and retention
Knows what makes content go viral
Uses AI tools to move faster and create output that beats industry standards.
Editing addictive short-format videos for Instagram reels that keep audiences engaged.
Crafting long-format Digital Video Campaigns (DVCs) that make our clients' brands shine.
Adding motion graphics that make our content visually exciting and uniquely ours.
Bringing your creative perspective to every project - we want ideas, originality, and a little bit of boldness.
Must:
Know your way around CapCut, Premiere, or Final Cut Pro,
Know AI tools that boost output ChatGPT, Runway, ElevenLabs, Mid journey etc.
Be obsessed with trends and know how to make them better.
