Plati-one is building the growth engine for Indian SMEs. Your videos and graphics will directly shape how lakhs of business owners understand digital growth, AI visibility, and modern marketing. This role demands someone who can turn complex ideas into simple, relatable, high-impact visuals that SME owners instantly connect with.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for creating clear, fast, and engaging visual content--videos, reels, graphics, product explainers, and campaign assets. Your work will power our social media, product education, ads, and brand storytelling across India's diverse SME ecosystem.

Your goal: make Platione look sharp, trustworthy, and easy to understand for small business owners who don't have time for jargon.

Key Responsibilities

Create short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn formats) that explain Platione, our products, and our value for SMEs. Edit raw footage into clean, crisp videos with transitions, sound design, subtitles, and motion graphics. Design graphics for social media, ads, landing pages, campaigns, and internal presentations. Develop visual storytelling for topics like AI visibility, digital growth, customer journey, and SME insights. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to turn scripts and ideas into strong visuals. Maintain consistent brand identity across all posts, campaigns, and platforms. Organize and manage footage, asset libraries, templates, and project files. Experiment with new formats--hooks, cut styles, meme formats, carousel storytelling, explainers, and animations. Stay updated on Indian social media trends, visual styles, and high-performing formats.
Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in video editing and graphic design (portfolio required). Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (CapCut/Canva knowledge is a plus). Understanding of color grading, typography, and visual hierarchy. Basic motion graphics skills--animated text, icons, transitions, visual emphasis. Ability to simplify complex topics visually (AI, digital growth, business processes). Strong attention to detail, speed, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving marketing environment.
Preferred Experience

Experience editing content for startups, creators, education, tech, or marketing brands. Familiarity with vertical video formats: Reels, Shorts, WhatsApp Stories. Knowledge of AI tools for editing, thumbnail creation, and productivity. Ability to shoot simple product clips, b-roll, and basic photography.
