Job Responsibilities


Collaborate with the marketing team and real estate agents to understand project requirements and objectives. Edit raw footage into polished videos that highlight property features, amenities, and surrounding areas. Incorporate motion graphics, titles, and visual effects to enhance video content and convey key selling points. Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all video projects. Optimize video content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and email campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in real estate video marketing. Provide constructive feedback and suggestions for improving video content and processes. Collaborate with external vendors or freelance professionals as needed for specialized projects. Requirements


Proven experience as a video editor, preferably in the real estate or related industry. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Davici resolve, Photo shop, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools. Strong understanding of video production techniques, including shooting, lighting, and audio. Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency. Creative mind-set with the ability to think outside the box and innovate. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Portfolio showcasing previous work in real estate video editing. Knowledge of SEO principles and video optimization techniques is a plus. Designation :
