Universal Education is looking for a talented and detail-oriented
Video Editor
to join our creative team at the Malad location. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with video editing software and a strong sense of storytelling, visual composition, and pacing.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and assemble raw footage into polished videos for internal and external communication.
Create educational, promotional, and social media content as per requirements.
Add graphics, animations, music, dialogues, and effects to enhance the final video output.
Collaborate with the content, marketing, and production teams to understand project requirements.
Ensure all edits match brand guidelines and project goals.
Manage and organize project files, assets, and backups.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and editing styles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum
1 year of professional video editing experience
.
Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve).
Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and export settings.
Good sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
Knowledge of motion graphics is an added advantage.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
