Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos for marketing, social media, corporate films, eLearning, and promotional content.
Add music, sound effects, graphics, titles, and transitions as needed.
Work closely with the creative team to understand project requirements and develop video concepts.
Ensure all videos follow brand consistency and quality standards.
Color correct and enhance video quality for a professional output.
Manage and organize media assets, maintaining proper version control.
Stay updated with the latest trends, editing techniques, and software updates.
Meet project deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Collaborate with scriptwriters, designers, and animators for seamless production.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience as a Video Editor with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects (added advantage).
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual style.
Knowledge of motion graphics is a plus.
Ability to work independently and take feedback positively.
Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills.
Educational Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Film Studies, Media Production, Animation, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Relevant certifications or training in video editing tools is an advantage.
