Role Summary

You'll lead the creation of visually striking 3D and 4D animation videos, social reels, explainer content, and campaign edits -- combining design precision, motion storytelling, and AI-assisted pipelines. Your goal: simplify complex financial products through engaging visual experiences that drive awareness, trust, and conversion.

What You'll Do -- Responsibilities

Conceptualize, storyboard, and produce

3D/4D animated assets

for product explainers, brand films, digital ads, and campaign visuals. Execute end-to-end production:

modeling ? texturing ? animation ? lighting ? compositing ? editing ? sound

? final output for platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Shorts, and in-app). Use

After Effects, Premiere Pro, Cinema 4D, Blender

, and related software to craft professional-grade visuals. Integrate

AI tools

(e.g., Runway, Firefly, Pika Labs, Midjourney, or text-to-motion tools) for asset generation, animation speedups, and visual experimentation -- optimizing quality and efficiency. Collaborate with

Content, Marketing, and Product

teams to develop visuals aligned with brand storytelling and campaign KPIs (CTR, engagement, conversions). Ensure

brand consistency, accessibility

, and compliance for regulated financial communication Expertise in

Cinema 4D or Blender

for 3D/4D work; strong in

After Effects and Premiere Pro

for compositing and editing. Skilled in

Photoshop / Illustrator

for asset creation and design integration. Hands-on experience with

AI-assisted workflows

(Runway, Pika Labs, Firefly, Midjourney, or similar). Strong sense of

visual storytelling, timing, motion dynamics, and sound design.

Experience exporting optimized motion for

web and mobile platforms

(MP4/WebM, Lottie/Rive, etc.). Comfortable iterating based on performance metrics and creative testing cycles. Clear communication skills -- able to translate financial concepts into engaging visual stories and present creative ideas confidently.
