We are a creative and growth-focused organization seeking a talented

Video Editor

to join our media and marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, visual aesthetics, and attention to detail to produce engaging and impactful video content for digital platforms.

As a Video Editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded raw footage, applying effects, graphics, and sound to create professional and polished videos. You'll work closely with the content and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life for social media, advertisements, product videos, and other marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished content using editing software. Add music, voiceovers, sound effects, graphics, and text overlays. Work with creative teams to develop video concepts and storyboards. Ensure logical sequencing, smooth transitions, and visual appeal. Optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Stay updated with the latest video trends, styles, and tools. Manage and organize video assets and maintain an archive of project files.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in

Film Editing, Media, Communications, or a related field

(preferred but not mandatory).

Certifications in video editing or motion graphics

will be an added advantage.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in video editing software such as

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or After Effects

. Basic understanding of

color grading, audio mixing, and motion graphics

. Creativity and storytelling ability. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Familiarity with social media content formats and trends.

Experience:

Candidates with 2+ years of experience

in video editing are welcome. Portfolio or sample videos are required for evaluation.
