Role Summary
The Video Content Creator will lead the end-to-end production process--scripting, shooting, editing, and optimizing videos for multi-platform distribution--ensuring strong brand alignment and measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Video Production
Plan, shoot, and edit video content including promotional videos, testimonials, tutorials, product demos, and social media reels.
Develop scripts and storyboards aligned with campaign goals.
Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment for high-quality shoots.
Video Editing & Post-Production
Edit raw footage using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
Enhance with motion graphics, transitions, animations, and audio mixing.
Export platform-optimized versions (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook).
Content Strategy Collaboration
Collaborate with the Marketing team to align content with the brand identity and campaign objectives.
Propose innovative video ideas and formats for engagement.
Ensure videos contribute to lead generation and brand visibility.
Platform Optimization
Adapt content style, length, and format to each platform.
Stay updated on platform trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Track performance metrics and recommend improvements.
Project Management
Oversee projects from concept to delivery within deadlines.
Maintain an organized library of raw and edited video assets.
Coordinate with vendors/freelancers when required.
Innovation & Trends
Stay updated on emerging video production tools and formats.
Experiment with fresh video styles and techniques.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Digital Media, Marketing, or equivalent portfolio-backed experience.
Experience
2-4 years in video production and editing with a strong portfolio.
Core Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (or FCP/Resolve); After Effects preferred.
Strong storytelling, composition, lighting, and audio skills.
Ability to manage shoots independently with professional gear.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Creative, detail-oriented mindset.
Preferred
Motion graphics/animation expertise.
Knowledge of YouTube SEO and optimization.
Familiarity with Photoshop/Canva.
B2B/tech industry exposure is an advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ?13,000 - ?20,000 per month (CTC), based on skills & portfolio.
