About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and passionate Video Editor & Motion Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, colour grading, and design aesthetics -- capable of turning raw footage into engaging visual content for our cafe and other brand advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit raw video footage into engaging, platform-optimised content (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reels, Shorts, Ads, etc.)

Add colour grading, storytelling elements, transitions, and sound design for polished output

Create motion graphics, ad creatives, animated text overlays, and short brand promo videos

Design static and motion banners for cafe advertising, offers, and location-based campaigns

Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative team to understand project briefs and deliver high-quality assets

Optimise videos and graphics for different aspect ratios (square, vertical, horizontal)

Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and communication

Stay updated with social media trends, editing styles, and viral formats

Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines and ensure timely delivery

Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Video Editor / Motion Graphic Designer

Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator (or equivalent tools)

Understanding of social media content creation and digital ad formats

Basic knowledge of sound mixing, transitions, and animation principles

Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to bring ideas to life visually

Strong sense of timing, pacing, and visual storytelling
