Job Overview:

We are looking for a

Video Editor

who can think creatively and use

AI-powered tools

to enhance productivity and creativity. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in editing promotional, social media, and corporate videos. Prior experience in

real estate video editing

will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit marketing, social media, and corporate videos from raw footage to final output. Work on real estate walkthroughs, teaser videos, testimonial edits, and ad creatives (preferred). Use

AI tools

(e.g., Runway, Pika, Sora, Descript, Synthesia, etc.) to assist in editing, audio cleanup, or creative enhancement. Add transitions, effects, titles, sound design, and color grading for polished outputs. Collaborate with the creative, strategy, and social media teams for storytelling alignment. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery. Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing, AI tools, and social-first video formats. Maintain an organized library of footage, sound, and project files.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film, Media, Animation, or related field.

2-3 years of professional video editing experience

(agency experience preferred).

Experience in editing real estate videos

will be an added advantage. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools. Working knowledge of

AI-based video tools

such as Runway, Pika Labs, Descript, Synthesia, or similar. Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and transitions. Basic understanding of motion graphics and sound design. Ability to work independently, take feedback constructively, and deliver creative excellence.
