Video Editor Requirements

1. Technical Skills

Proficiency in video editing software such as

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro

Basic knowledge of

color correction, sound design, and motion graphics

Experience with

audio syncing and mixing

2. Creative Skills

Understanding of

brand tone, style, and target audience

Ability to

conceptualize and execute engaging edits

for social media, corporate, or promotional videos Eye for

composition, color, and continuity

3. Experience

1-3 years

of experience (for junior) or

3-5 years

(for mid-level) in professional video editing A

portfolio/showreel

showcasing previous work across different formats (ads, reels, corporate, etc.) Experience working in

creative agencies, production houses, or digital marketing setups

(preferred)

4. Soft Skills

Strong

attention to detail and time management

Ability to handle

tight deadlines and multiple projects simultaneously

Good

communication and collaboration skills

with creative teams (copy, design, motion, etc.) Open to

feedback and revisions

5. Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

Knowledge of

basic animation or motion graphics (After Effects)

Familiarity with

social media trends and short-form content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)

Job Types: Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ?38,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
