Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented

Video Editor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw footage into compelling visual content that tells a story and engages the audience. This role plays a vital part in shaping brand communication, driving campaign impact, and delivering high-quality videos across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit raw video footage into polished final content with cinematic storytelling and seamless flow. Work on diverse projects including ads, reels, campaign videos and short film edits. Collaborate with directors, producers, designers, and clients to bring creative concepts to life. Add sound design, transitions, visual effects, and motion graphics where required. Stay updated with editing trends, transitions, and storytelling styles across YouTube, Instagram, and films. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience as a video editor (agency/studio/production background preferred). Proficiency in editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro (any combination). Strong sense of timing, pacing, and narrative storytelling. Knowledge of motion graphics, color grading, and sound design. Ability to adapt editing styles for cinematic films, social-first content, and brand campaigns. Creative thinker with the ability to suggest innovative edits, cuts, and transitions beyond the brief. Attention to detail and a positive approach to handling feedback. The candidate must be Nagpur-based.

Salary Range:

18000-21000
