What You'll Do
Edit
long-form YouTube videos
and
short-form content
(Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
Use
AI-based video editing tools
to speed up workflow, generate captions, and polish visuals.
Create
eye-catching thumbnails
that drive clicks and engagement.
Add
effects, transitions, background music, and subtitles
for professional delivery.
Optimise content for
multiple platforms
(YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
Maintain
brand consistency
across all video formats.
Collaborate with the creative team, brainstorm fresh ideas, and adapt to feedback.
Ensure
timely delivery
of high-quality videos.
What We're Looking For
Creative storyteller
with a strong sense of visual design.
Hands-on experience with
AI editing tools
(e.g., Descript, Runway, Opus, etc.).
Proficiency in standard editing software (Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci).
Strong portfolio of work (short-form + long-form).
Awareness of
social media trends, hooks, and audience engagement strategies

Ability to
work independently and in a team
, meeting deadlines.
Bonus: Skills in
motion graphics, colour grading, or graphic design
