Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Editor with a strong portfolio and hands-on experience to join our content production team. As an experienced editor, you will be responsible for assembling recorded footage, applying visual and sound effects, and creating high-quality videos that align with the brand's messaging, campaign goals, and audience expectations. You must be able to take ownership of projects from start to finish, follow briefs, and contribute creatively

to elevate content.

Key Responsibilities:

? Edit raw video footage into polished final content for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, ads, websites, etc.)

? Work on different types of content such as promotional videos, reels, interviews, tutorials, event coverage, and motion graphics

? Collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and design teams to understand project requirements and meet deadlines

? Apply storytelling techniques, pacing, music, transitions, and effects to enhance viewer engagement

? Incorporate graphics, text overlays, sound design, and color grading as needed

? Optimize videos for platform-specific specifications and best practices

? Ensure brand consistency and quality across all edited content

? Manage and organize video files, assets, and backups efficiently

? Stay updated with video editing trends, tools, and techniques

Requirements:

? 2+ years of professional experience in video editing

? Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar

? Solid understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, audio syncing, and basic motion graphics

? Strong sense of timing, transitions, and color correction/grading

? Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team

? Experience editing for different formats (landscape, portrait, square) and platforms

? Basic knowledge of sound design and audio editing is a plus

? Portfolio or showreel demonstrating past work is required

Preferred Qualifications:

? Experience in a fast-paced agency or media house environment

? Familiarity with social media trends and viral video formats

? Skills in animation, 2D/3D graphics, or visual effects are a plus
