Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented and creative

Video Editor

to assemble recorded footage into a finished project that aligns with the company's vision and communicates its message clearly and effectively. As a Video Editor, you will work closely with producers, directors, and content creators to bring stories to life through high-quality editing and post-production.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit raw video footage into polished content for various platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, internal presentations, advertisements). Trim footage segments and assemble the sequence of the film. Input music, dialogues, graphics, and effects. Create rough and final cuts. Collaborate with the creative team to understand project scope and objectives. Ensure logical sequencing and smooth transitions. Work with a variety of media formats, codecs, and file types. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and editing software.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role. Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects). Strong understanding of timing, pacing, visual storytelling, and sound design. Attention to detail and a critical eye for aesthetics and continuity. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time management skills. Degree in Film Studies, Media, Communications, or a related field is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with motion graphics and color grading. Familiarity with audio mixing and sound editing. Portfolio of previous video editing work.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
