Junior Video Editor

who understands the pulse of platforms like Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn -- and knows how to craft content that performs.

What You'll Be Working On:

Your primary focus will be creating

reels and short-form videos

for a wide range of brands -- from fashion to food, engineering to FMCG.

This includes:

Editing and Designing

Instagram/Facebook Reels

,

YouTube Shorts

, and

LinkedIn videos

with snappy cuts, dynamic transitions, and creative storytelling. Working with raw video footage, voiceovers, music, and motion graphics to create platform-specific, on-trend content.

Repurposing longer videos

into short-form snackable edits (ex: cutting down client interviews into multiple reels). Using

sound design

, text overlays, and

captioning

to make videos more engaging and platform-friendly. Following brand aesthetics while still experimenting with

trending formats, reels audio, meme edits, before-after transitions, etc.

What We Expect from You:

You understand how reels work: the first 3 seconds matter, pacing is everything, and visual storytelling is key. You're able to work with a brief and bring it to life with your editing flair. You're quick with revisions, open to feedback, and can meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. You know how to make a 15-second reel stand out without needing fancy gear or 5 hours of footage*.
You're updated with the latest trends, audio clips, editing formats, viral content styles, and storytelling techniques on social media.
Skills & Experience:

1-3 years of relevant editing experience (agency, freelance, brand, or personal projects count) Proficiency in

Adobe Premiere Pro

and basic

After Effects

Strong sense of

timing, rhythm, and visual storytelling

Bonus if you know colour correction, sound mixing, or motion graphics A solid

editing portfolio or showreel

of social-first content is a must
