Job Description
We're not looking for someone who likes editing.
We want someone who can
edit fast, think visually, and deliver scroll-stopping videos
for social media and paid ads.If you need hand-holding or endless revisions, this role will crush you.
Key Responsibilities
Edit
Reels, Shorts, YouTube videos, and ad creatives
Cut videos withstrong hooks in the first 3 seconds
Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and basic motion graphics Adapt one video intomultiple platform formats
Deliver ontight deadlines without quality drop
Follow brand style, but improve it when neededRequirements (Non-Negotiable)
Proven experience as a
Video Editor
(portfolio mandatory) Strong command ofPremiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve
Basic knowledge ofAfter Effects
(text animation, motion basics) Understanding ofsocial media trends & ad psychology
Ability to take feedback without ego and iterate fastGood to Have (Advantage, Not Mandatory)
Experience editing
ads for brands or edtech
Knowledge ofYouTube retention & short-form virality
Basic color grading and audio cleanup skillsJob Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,169.70 - ?32,551.08 per month
