Key Responsibilities

Take raw video footage, sound, graphics, motion assets and edit into finished videos for social, marketing and internal purposes.

Add titles, motion graphics, transitions, sound effects/music and subtitles where required.

Collaborate with the creative/marketing team to understand the brief, brand style, target audience and purpose of each video.

Ensure that all output aligns with brand guidelines (look, tone, pacing).

Manage and organize video assets, project files and maintain backups.

Stay updated with emerging video trends, social-media formats (Reels, Shorts, etc.), and editing techniques.

Deliver projects on time, accept feedback, revise edits as required.

Requirements / Skills

Plus two/Bachelor's degree / diploma in multimedia, film, visual communication or equivalent is preferred (but not strictly mandatory).

Basic proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, etc.

Basic familiarity with motion graphics software/tools such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop is a plus.

A strong creative sensibility -- good sense of timing, pacing, visual storytelling, transitions and sound.

Ability to follow directions, work in a team, and take feedback.

Keen attention to detail, good organizational skills (managing files, versions, exports).

Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and formats (social media, short-form, vertical video, etc.).

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
