About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative
Online Video Editor & Social Media Content Creator
to support a French influencer who produces multilingual content in Tamil, French, English, and Hindi (subtitles). The ideal candidate must be able to deliver high-quality daily videos and graphic content optimized for multiple social media platforms.
This is a long-term role that requires consistency, creativity, and the ability to handle multilingual subtitle editing.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Content Creation
Edit and deliver
one short-form video per day
(Reels/Shorts/TikTok).
Create
one social media poster/graphic per day
.
Add accurate multilingual subtitles:
Tamil ? French
Tamil ? English
French ? Tamil
French ? English
Tamil ? Hindi (optional)
Ensure subtitles are properly timed, formatted, and readable.
Video & Design Tasks
Color grading, audio cleanup, and basic sound design.
Add transitions, effects, overlays, animations, and captions.
Resize and optimize content for different formats (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
Maintain consistent branding, color themes, and style.
Manage organized file storage and deliver content on time.
Required Skills
Proven experience in short-form video editing (Reels, Shorts, TikTok).
Proficiency in at least one major editing software:
Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve / CapCut Desktop.
Graphic design ability using Photoshop, Canva, or similar.
Strong understanding of multilingual subtitles (Tamil, French, English).
Knowledge of current social media trends and viral editing styles.
Strong attention to detail and excellent communication.
Ability to meet
daily deadlines
consistently.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with influencers or social media brands.
Understanding of French-Tamil cultural context.
Ability to create YouTube thumbnails.
Ability to adapt editing style based on trends.
Work Expectations

of 1 edited video + 1 poster/graphic.
Quick turnaround time for edits and revisions.

Compensation
Monthly salary (based on skills and workload).
Performance-based bonuses may be available.
