Key Responsibilities:
? Create, edit, and deliver high-quality short and long-form videos for social media, ads, campaigns, and product launches
? Work with AI-generated model footage to produce realistic, engaging video content
? Design visually compelling graphics for social media, events, and brand communication
? Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to conceptualize and execute ideas
? Ensure all visual content aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives
? Stay up to date with design and video trends, especially AI-related advancements
? Manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines
Required Qualifications and Skills:
? Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Design, Communication, or related field
? 1-3 years of experience in video editing and graphic design (Freshers with a strong portfolio are also welcome)
? Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva
? Familiarity with AI tools like RunwayML, Pika Labs, D-ID, or similar video generation platforms
? Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content optimization techniques
? Creative mindset with attention to detail and visual storytelling
? Ability to handle AI-generated model footage and adapt it into final content
? Time management skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
Preferred:
? Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation
? Experience in tech/startup branding is a plus
? Understanding of UI/UX principles (bonus)
