Job Description

Collaborate with the marketing, patient education, and medical teams to understand video content needs. Record and edit videos related to eye health, surgical procedures, patient testimonials, staff training, and hospital events. Ensure the use of proper lighting, sound, and camera techniques to produce high-quality videos. Edit raw footage to create engaging and informative videos, ensuring clarity and accuracy of medical information. Add graphics, animations, subtitles, and other visual elements to enhance the viewer's experience. Ensure all videos are consistent with the hospital's brand guidelines and messaging. Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met. Maintain organized files and video archives for easy access and future reference. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback. Operate and maintain video editing equipment, including cameras, lighting, and editing software. Stay updated with the latest video editing software and tools to improve workflow and video quality. Adhere to patient confidentiality regulations and obtain necessary permissions for filming. Ensure all video content complies with medical and legal standards, including HIPAA regulations. Propose new ideas for video content that can enhance patient engagement, marketing efforts, or staff training. Explore innovative ways to use video content in various digital platforms, including social media and the hospital's website.
