Edit and produce engaging video content across platforms (web, social media, YouTube, client promos) aligned with brand identity and campaign goals.
Collaborate with creative, design and marketing teams to transform concepts/ideas into polished videos (including pre-production, post-production motion graphics, sound design, colour correction).
Incorporate transitions, effects, motion graphics, and audio enhancements to elevate quality and storytelling.
Prepare videos for different platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) ensuring correct formats, aspect ratios, resolutions and optimized delivery.
Manage media assets, maintain organized file structures, version control, backups and archive workflows.
Stay updated on latest editing tools, social media video trends, best practices and propose creative improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1
years of professional video editing experience
Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop (or equivalent).
Good understanding of sound design, colour grading/correction, motion graphics and video storytelling.
Portfolio or showreel showcasing a variety of video formats and styles (social media reels, longer form content, branded videos).
Ability to handle multiple projects concurrently, meet tight deadlines, and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
Knowledge of video formats, codecs, and delivery requirements for platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn.
Strong creative sense, attention to detail, and clear communication skills.
