Key Responsibilities:

Edit 3-4 daily viral short-form videos

(Reels, Shorts) tailored for platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

Produce and edit longer content

including

Podcast episodes and Professional Promotional Videos

.

Design eye-catching visual content:

High-res thumbnails, engaging motion graphics, and social media assets. Create

trend-savvy, data-informed, and highly engaging

content across all formats. Maintain and evolve our

visual brand identity

consistently across all channels.

Must-Haves:

2+ years

professional video editing experience (short-form and long-form content a plus). Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite

(Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) or

Final Cut Pro

.

Strong portfolio

showcasing successful short-form edits, long-form samples, and motion graphics work.

Fast turnaround mindset

Salary:

Based on experience and portfolio

Bonus Points:

Experience working in fast-paced content teams or media/startup environments. Comfortable editing in diverse niches (lifestyle, business, education, entertainment, etc.). Familiar with data-driven creative strategy and A/B testing visuals.
