Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor cum Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, events, and brand promotions.

Key Responsibilities: Videography:

Plan and execute video shoots (interviews, product videos, travel vlogs, events, promotional videos, etc.) Operate professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment. Ensure all footage is well-framed, properly lit, and aligned with brand aesthetics. Travel to shoot locations as required.
Video Editing:

Edit raw footage into engaging final videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software. Add transitions, effects, music, sound effects, and text overlays. Optimize videos for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, etc.). Maintain video archives and ensure consistency in brand visuals and tone.
Creative Contribution:

Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams for video concepts and storyboarding. Stay updated with the latest video trends and formats to create fresh and engaging content. Suggest innovative ideas for visual storytelling and content improvement.
Requirements:

Proven experience in videography and video editing. Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Knowledge of basic color correction, audio syncing, and video effects. Familiarity with DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lighting setups, and sound recording. Strong sense of visual composition, timing, and storytelling. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Creativity, attention to detail, and a good sense of aesthetics.
Preferred Qualifications:

Degree or diploma in Film Making, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or related field. Experience creating content for digital platforms (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, etc.). Photography skills are a plus.
