We are looking for a talented Reel Editor with 1+ year of experience to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for storytelling through short-form video content and the ability to craft attention-grabbing reels for social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Edit and create high-quality reels for Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
Collaborate with the creative team to understand video concepts and execute them effectively.
Ensure the final product meets brand standards and social media trends.
Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Incorporate feedback and revisions from stakeholders in a timely manner.
Optimize videos for various social media platforms, ensuring the right format, size, and quality.
Stay updated on the latest trends in video editing, reel formats, and social media best practices.
Work closely with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to align with brand vision.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 3+ year of experience as a Reel Editor or Video Editor with a strong portfolio of work.
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, and other relevant tools.
Strong understanding of video production processes, color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.
Ability to create engaging, viral-worthy content that resonates with audiences.
Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) and best practices for each.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and trend-spotting.
Ability to adapt quickly and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with graphic design or animation software (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop).
Knowledge of SEO and social media marketing strategies.
Familiarity with analytics tools to track reel performance.
