You'll work closely with the creative, social, and strategy teams to produce

Key Responsibilities
Concept Development & Visual Storytelling
Translate briefs and creative directions into strong video concepts, mood boards, and visual narratives.
Contribute to ideation for reels, campaigns, and content series with a clear understanding of brand tone and platform behaviour.
Interpret brand guidelines and creative strategies into consistent visual styles across content formats.
Videography & Production
Plan and execute shoots for social media, campaigns, and brand content, including setup, framing, lighting, and basic sound where required.
Capture high-quality footage optimised for digital platforms, especially short-form and vertical formats.
Coordinate with internal teams during shoots to ensure creative intent is executed accurately.
Video Editing & Post-Production
Edit high-quality videos including reels, short-form social content, and brand films with strong pacing, transitions, and visual flow.
Apply colour correction, sound design, motion elements, and effects to enhance storytelling and production quality.
Ensure edits are platform-appropriate while maintaining creative integrity and brand consistency.
Social-First Content Creation
Create engaging, scroll-stopping reels and short-form videos aligned with current trends and platform best practices.
Adapt long-form footage into multiple short-form assets across platforms.
Stay updated with evolving video trends, transitions, effects, and formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
Quality Control & Collaboration
Maintain high quality standards across all deliverables, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and creative excellence.
Collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and account teams to align on timelines, feedback, and revisions.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and creative expectations.
Skills & Experience
1-3 years of experience as a video editor and videographer, preferably in a creative agency or content-led environment.
Strong proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar.
Hands-on experience with cameras, lenses, lighting setups, and shooting for digital platforms.
Strong understanding of composition, pacing, colour, sound, and storytelling.
Experience creating social-first content, especially reels and short-form videos.
Ability to conceptualise, not just execute.
