: Video Editor

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and experienced Video Editor who can lead both

production and post-production efforts for our content needs. The candidate will be

responsible for creating impactful video content across three key areas:

1. School Page - Showcasing activities, events, and student life on campus

(footage will be provided; editing and creative storytelling required).

2. Brand Page - Dedicated to podcasts, parenting discussions, and knowledge-

sharing content.

3. Other Brands of K2 - Supporting video content requirements for other K2

Learning brands as and when needed.

The role demands strong technical expertise, creative storytelling, and the ability to

manage end-to-end video workflows.

Key Responsibilities

? Manage the production and post-production pipeline: editing, color grading,

sound design, graphics, and final delivery.

? Collaborate with the school team to edit campus activity footage into engaging

videos for the School Page.

? Lead podcast video production (recording, editing, formatting) for the Brand

Page.

? Create engaging short-form content (reels, shorts, mini-bytes) optimized for

social media platforms.

? Maintain high creative standards while ensuring videos align with brand

guidelines.

? Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing techniques, and social media

formats.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

? Podcasts: Minimum 2 full-length podcasts per month (1+ hour each).

? Mini-Bytes: 10 clips per podcast episode.

? Shorts/Reels: 20 shorts/reels per podcast episode.

? Timely delivery of edited school activity videos as per calendar.

? High engagement and quality standards across all pages and brands.

? Other K2 Brands: Timely delivery and high-quality video content for projects

related to other K2 Learning brands as and when required.

Requirements

? 4-5 years of proven experience in video editing & production.

? Strong proficiency in tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After

Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Audition (or equivalents).

? Experience in multi-cam editing, podcast editing, and sound design.

? Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and multitask across projects.

? A strong portfolio demonstrating creativity in storytelling and editing style.

? Familiarity with social media trends and formats (Instagram Reels, YouTube

Shorts, etc.).

? Hands-on experience with AI-powered tools: Runway, Pika Labs, Descript, Topaz,

Adobe Firefly.
