Video Editor - About the Role

We are looking for a talented and creative

Video Editor

to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, visual design, and attention to detail. You will be responsible for editing video content for social media, marketing campaigns, branding, and internal/external communications.

Key Responsibilities

Edit and assemble raw footage into

engaging, high-quality videos

. Create content for

YouTube, Instagram Reels, ads, corporate videos, and promotional materials

. Add

graphics, transitions, color correction, sound design, and motion effects

. Work closely with the creative, marketing, and content teams to understand project requirements. Maintain brand consistency across all video outputs. Organize and manage all video assets and project files efficiently. Stay updated with the latest

video editing trends, transitions, and visual techniques

. Export and optimize videos for different platforms (social media, web, etc.).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience or a strong portfolio showcasing video editing work. Proficiency in editing software such as

Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve

, or similar. Knowledge of

motion graphics tools

(After Effects, Canva animations, etc.) is a plus. Strong understanding of pacing, transitions, sound sync, and visual storytelling. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple projects. Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Experience with

motion graphics, color grading, sound mixing

, or animation. Basic knowledge of cameras, lights, and video production. Understanding of social media algorithms and content trends. Ability to create short-form content optimized for reach and engagement.
