Job Title: Video Editor

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing and assembling raw footage into engaging, high-quality videos for social media, YouTube, and marketing campaigns. You should have a good sense of storytelling, timing, music selection, and visual aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit raw video footage into polished final outputs for YouTube. Add transitions, background music, sound effects, and text overlays. Ensure all videos align with brand guidelines and maintain high visual quality. Stay updated with the latest video trends, editing tools, and social media formats. Organize and maintain video assets and backups.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Video Editor (portfolio required). Strong knowledge of editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Basic knowledge of color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics. Creativity, attention to detail, and a sense of timing and pacing. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with social media content formats and trends.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in real estate, construction, or lifestyle content. Knowledge of basic camera handling and shooting. Familiarity with tools like After Effects or CapCut for quick edits.
