About the Role

Your role transcends traditional editing; it's about crafting powerful visual stories that resonate with our audience's dreams and educational aspirations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative video concepts that align with Qogent Learning Solutions' strategic needs and marketing objectives Produce, shoot, and edit premium-quality video content for diverse social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Collaborate closely with our marketing team to ensure video content is perfectly aligned with our comprehensive marketing strategy Leverage data analytics and performance insights to monitor video content effectiveness, using findings to optimize and enhance future content Stay current with emerging social media trends and cutting-edge technologies to ensure our video content remains fresh, engaging, and highly relevant Manage and organize comprehensive video assets, including footage, audio files, and graphics libraries Ensure all video content adheres to legal requirements, copyright laws and brand guidelines

Requirements

Proven experience in a similar role, with an impressive portfolio showcasing strong skills in video production and editing Advanced proficiency in video editing software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices for video content optimization Ability to interpret complex analytics and apply insights to drive measurable content optimization Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills Thorough knowledge of copyright laws related to video production and usage Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field is preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
