What You'll Learn & Do

Edit

social-first videos

for Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts Assist in creating cinematic, reel-friendly real estate content Work closely with the creative & sales teams on real projects Add transitions, music, basic motion graphics & sound effects Edit content around homes, people, Pune, celebrations & office culture Learn how to build

brand-focused content

, not just edits Stay updated with Instagram trends & viral reel formats Bring fresh creative ideas to the table

Who You Are

A student or fresher passionate about

video editing & storytelling

Creative, curious, and eager to learn Basic working knowledge of

Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut / DaVinci Resolve

Good sense of pacing, music & visual flow Interested in Instagram content, trends & aesthetics Detail-oriented and open to feedback

Bonus Points If You...

Can shoot videos on phone/camera occasionally Love real estate, interiors, lifestyle or city-based content Enjoy creating reels from everyday office moments Have a personal Instagram page or editing portfolio
