• Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing: Edit raw footage into compelling video content for various platforms, including website, social media, and YouTube. Incorporate storytelling techniques, graphics, and effects to enhance the visual appeal and narrative flow. Content Creation: Collaborate with the video production team to conceptualize, script, and storyboard video projects. Contribute creative ideas to produce visually captivating and informative videos that resonate with our target audience. Post-Production: Perform video post-production tasks, including color correction, audio enhancement, and synchronization. Ensure the final video output meets quality standards and is visually appealing. Video Optimization: Implement video optimization techniques, including metadata optimization, captions, and annotations. Optimize videos for search engine visibility and user engagement. Motion Graphics: Create and incorporate motion graphics, lower thirds, titles, and visual effects to enhance the overall video presentation and maintain brand consistency. Stock Footage and Asset Management: Source and select appropriate stock footage, images, and sound effects to enhance video content. Organize and maintain a library of video assets for future use. Collaboration: Work closely with the video production team, writers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of video projects. Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions to meet project requirements. Creative Innovation: Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, trends, and technologies. Continuously explore innovative ways to improve video quality, storytelling, and audience engagement. Video Publishing: Prepare and export videos in various formats and sizes for different platforms. Ensure proper video formatting, encoding, and optimization for web and social media channels. Video Analytics: Monitor and analyze video performance metrics, including views, engagement, and audience retention. Use insights to improve future video content and strategies. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Film Production, Video Editing, Multimedia, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency in video editing software, such as Adobe tools (Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere) for design and animation work.
Strong understanding of video editing techniques, visual storytelling, and composition.
Familiarity with the real estate industry and a passion for staying informed about industry trends and developments.
Basic understanding of color grading, audio mixing, and sound design principles.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Creative thinking and ability to generate visually appealing and engaging video ideas.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work meticulously to ensure high-quality video output.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate with colleagues.
Previous experience in video editing, motion graphics, or related roles is a plus.
