We're looking for a dedicated Reels Editing Intern to join our on-site creative team and learn the fast-paced world of social media content production.

Role Overview
As a Video Editor Intern (Reels Editor), your primary responsibility is to edit engaging vertical videos optimized for Instagram Reels and TikTok. You will work closely with our creative team on-site, gaining hands-on experience in agency workflows, brand storytelling, and content production.

Key Responsibilities

Edit short-form vertical videos (5-30 seconds) exclusively for Instagram Reels & TikTok. Apply trending hooks, transitions, captions, and motion text. Sync video cuts with trending audio and sound cues. Transform raw footage into high-retention clips that align with brand guidelines. Assist in creating multiple versions/variations for testing. Collaborate with the creative team during filming, brainstorming, and content planning (if needed). Keep up with current trends, viral formats, and platform best practices.
Requirements

Basic proficiency in any short-form editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, VN, Final Cut, DaVinci, etc.). Strong understanding of pacing, social media timing, and modern editing styles. Creative eye for hooks, storytelling, and visual engagement. Ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment. Ability to take feedback and improve edits quickly. Portfolio or sample Reels/TikTok content is a plus.

Pay: ?3,000.00 - ?7,500.00 per month
