Video Editor Intern

to craft compelling video content that brings our vision to life and connects with parents, children, and educators.

Key Responsibilities:

Edit high-quality video content for social media platforms (Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, testimonials, educational content) Create engaging visuals using motion graphics, transitions, and audio syncing to enhance storytelling Collaborate with the content and design teams to transform scripts and concepts into polished videos Optimize videos for various platforms and aspect ratios (1:1, 9:16, 16:9) Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with the brand identity Manage video assets and organize project files for easy collaboration and reuse

Requirements:

Proficiency in video editing tools:

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar

Strong sense of timing, pacing, and storytelling through visual media Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of audio editing, color correction, and export settings for different platforms

Good to Have:

Knowledge of

graphic design tools

like

Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma

Experience creating animated explainer videos or using motion graphics Familiarity with social media trends, especially on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn Interest in themes such as child psychology, education, or wellness
